Hello, I’m Heidi! I am a 52-year-old mom of 6, and living proof that your best body and your most energized life aren’t behind you in your 20’s. In my 40’s, I hit that wall that many women know all too well. I realized that everything I had been doing had stopped working. The grueling workouts, the restrictive eating, and the push harder mindset. My body was no longer responding…it was resisting.

That season of my life became my greatest teacher. I threw myself into learning everything I could about how our bodies change after 40, metabolically, hormonally, and neurologically. What I discovered was that we don’t need more discipline or harder workouts. We need a smarter, more integrated approach that works with our biology instead of against it.

That is how The Triveni Fitness was born. With my commitment to helping women rebuild strength, balance hormones naturally, and finally feel at home in their bodies through a blend of strength training, nutrition, and restorative movement.
